Grief has a way of hollowing us out. But love—especially the kind we share with our pets—has a way of filling us back in.
I wrote Where the Pawprints Lead during one of the most emotionally raw chapters of my life. Losing Marley wasn’t just losing a pet—it was losing a part of my soul, my rhythm, my daily joy. In the silence that followed, I found myself searching for ways to keep her memory close, to make sure her pawprints didn’t fade with time.
That’s why this website exists. To hold space for those stories. To celebrate the joy our furkids bring, and to honor the ones we’ve had to say goodbye to.
It’s a place where memories live on, where healing begins, and where no one has to grieve alone.

At its core, PawPads is a compassionate ecosystem. It will be powered by game based theory and AI, but driven by empathy.
Users will be able to journal, connect with others, and engage in therapeutic modules that mirror their experiences.

Pets—real or imagined—become anchors for emotional insight, helping users feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Because healing doesn’t always start with a diagnosis. Sometimes, it starts with a walk, a wag, or a story that reminds us we’re not alone.
